Come enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Our 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs no elevator) fully equipped condo has room for families or groups of 6 with incredible unobstructed beach views. Situated first row across the street from the Gulf with beach access about a 1 minute walk directly in front of the condo. Amenities include grills and 2 pools. Centrally located on West Beach, just steps from dining, shopping and beach fun.

Please note: We provide a starter supply of essentials (1 trash bag per can, 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwasher pod, dish soap, paper towels, etc.). Additional items such as oil, cooking spray, storage bags, etc. are not provided. A Walmart pickup/delivery and a small convenience store are both nearby for easy restocking.

Important Policies:

No third-party bookings. The person booking must be present.

No pets allowed per HOA rules. This includes cats, dogs or animals of any kind. HOA security monitors our property and a $100 per pet per day fee will be assessed if animals are found on the property.

Max 6 guests and that includes babies and children. A $100 per day per guest fee will be assessed for more than 6 guests.

No refunds for inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Travel insurance is recommended.

No one under 13 unsupervised

Adults-only pool is 19+ 

No glass in pool area

No food/drinks at pool edge

Please do not hang towels on balcony railings. Hooks and an indoor drying line in the hall bathroom are provided.
